It's easy to install and use, and gives me access to so many items in my backup file, some of which I didn't even know were there.
Customer service is excellent. I was getting some error messages and the support staff were very prompt in replying to my e-mail, and were with me all the way until my problem was solved. Thank you very much to Teodor in particular! ConsNone so far. The problem that I encountered was most probably from my own inexperience and also my PC, which uses Windows XP. I've since switched to another PC that is on Windows 7 and so far everything is fine. SummaryWould recommend this to anyone trying to recover and save data from their iPhone. Thats all I wanted. Just to recover all my photos and videos for the last 4 years. I got them.- The tool is simple to use. Very easy to understand. Cons- Registration was a headache. It took me like 5 minutes flipping back and forth to try to figure out how to register the software. But I am not great with instructions anyways, so I think that was part of it.
