If you lost the save game just open the nfs.3dm.ini in your game directory and change the numbers to:
[config -
UserID = 188256499
SaveID = 188256499
UserName = 3DMGAME
If this wont work check the save number file in:
C:Users(your name)DocumentsGhost GamesNeed for Speed™ Rivalssettings"188256499".sav
Copy the name of the sav file and paste it to the ini file in games directory.

u are a dumbass, they only hardlocked they game because they are morons, and want to support xbox versions etc cuz those are the ones that pay
as for the 30fps shit, no game is playable like that, especialy rally games, so keep playing at 30fps with ur healthy eyes and come back in 1month tell me if they are still healthy (as for the controler thing u said thats just plain stupid..)

PROPER FIX FOR THE 30FPS LOCK!!! (without the double speed and speedhack which is crap). i tried this and comfirm that it works but you might have to change your graphic settings down a little so that you will be able to run at constant 60 fps.. if you drop under 60 fps the game will slow down or lag, this depends on your computer. Its a simple command in the shortcut settings. The name of the video on you tube is " Need for Speed: Rivals - 60 FPS Fix! (Solve locked frame rate issue) " added 1 day ago. For experienced users here is the command: " -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+" Enjoy this great game the way it should be played!
