I'm really just trying to get Encore and I keep getting this error after installing when trying to open it:
CONFIGURATION ERROR
A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
Error: 131:4
has anyone seen this? know how to get around it? I tried following the steps but am probably missing something.

I already have photoshop cs4 and illustrator cs3 installed - do I have to uninstall them first? I only really want a working copy of indesign, and illustrator if possible so don't want to delete everything I have just incase this doesn't work and then I have nothing... I don't believe I have the original setups for my cs4 and cs3 either :-s

All the supposed "full versions" on Piratebay are "non expiring" but never the less "TRIAL" versions.
Quote from Adobes webside:
"The import and export of some formats are not supported in the trial version, such as AVC-Intra, AVCHD, HDV, MPEG-2, MPEG-2 DVD, MPEG-2 Blu-ray, and XDCAM"
Any kind of "trial" version, even though it might be unlimited in terms of expiry date is completely useless to me and to a lot of others.
If you are not working for Adobe and intend to confuse and discourage people from finding a suitable torrent please do not call your download "full" if it is just an UNLIMITED TRIAL
AND PLEASE CORRECT SUCH MISTAKE!!!

Make sure your thumb drive is not formatted to FAT 32, otherwise you will only be able to copy over files sized 4 gb or less.
If it is, just open it in disk utility and re-format

Follow the guide that 76dragon has posted on page 2 of the comments. If you do not understand how to use Terminal, OR IF YOU ARE USING LION, follow this simple guide to edit the hosts file. The code that 76dragon gave to enter in Terminal no longer works on Lion, but the code in this guide will work in Leopard, Snow Leopard, or Lion, and then the guide will tell you how to edit and save the file.

I downloaded Adobe CS5 Master Collection, ran the app in the download of this torrent, read the instructions and I accidently put in the serial number instead of running it as a trial first ... is that bad? Should I just start over from the beginning or something. I mean so far everything is going fine but I realized what the instructions said word for word later.

Bohr999, a long time ago & maybe you figured it out. But that file cannot be written to due to system permissions. You need to temporarily change that folder & the file's permissions (do not change the folder contents perms.) Then make the change. Then revert the permissions back.
